Come and be a part of our Algarve Inferno Hot Pilates & Yoga Retreat.

 

For the next 6 days, our home will be High View, offering ocean views and set within its own private grounds. There's ample space to unwind by the swimming pool, lounge in a hammock with a book, play table tennis, or enjoy a few moments in the bubble pool or sauna.

 

Our retreat is open to everyone of every ability, welcoming individuals from all walks of life. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or someone who is just beginning to explore the realms of relaxation and self-discovery, we invite you to join us. From Inferno Hot Pilates, Bikram Yoga, Core Sculpt and an all absorbing sound bath.

SUP will be available for those who want to test and improve their core strength.
