About the event

SOLD OUT!

Join us for an immersive retreat experience that combines the best of yoga and pilates. Located in tranquil Malaga, this unique journey is designed to rejuvenate and invigorate your mind and body. Engage in comprehensive sessions and enjoy moments of introspection and relaxation in a peaceful setting.

The Retreat…

El Cachete is a 150-year-old farmhouse set in 80 acres of olive groves. The house, which is a traditionally renovated Andalusian Cortijo, is the perfect home for our Yoga and HIIT Pilates retreat.

We will practice in the fully equipped yoga studio or on the outdoor yoga platform (depending on the heat) surrounded by blue skies and mountains!

During the retreat there will be plenty of time to enjoy your surroundings and practice up to three classes daily, which will include Bikram Yoga and HIIT Pilates led by Sharon Long along with other styles of yoga including an immersive sound bath. We would encourage bringing Journalling (Journals will be provided) to your day on the retreat so that you can explore self-growth and manisfestation during this special time that you have set aside.

In your free time you can relax around the 20-metre swimming pool, explore the surrounding countryside or maybe step outside of the retreat and visit the Rio Frio Waterall or maybe go a little further and visit the town of Granada and visit La Alhambra (We will be happy to help you organise transport)

We will be fully catered for by the wonderful onsite chef for the duration of the stay delivering us Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
